Serving Southern Arizona's Queer and Allied Business Community

About the Chamber

The Tucson LGBT Chamber of Commerce, affectionately known as “the Gaymber”, is a hub for LGBTQIA+ and allied professionals to connect, grow, and thrive. We provide an inclusive space for networking, business development, and community building, while also educating allies and advocating for equity. Our approach centers economic empowerment, because we believe inclusive business is good business. The LGBTQIA+ community plays a vital role in the American economy, as business owners, employers, employees, and consumers. We’re proud to champion and support queer and allied businesses across Tucson and Southern Arizona.

Learn More About Us

Land Acknowledgement

We, in the Tucson area, are existing on Tohono O’odham and Pasqua Yaqui land (though it is also recognized as Sobaipuri, and Hohokam lands). The Indigenous People (including but certainly not limited to) our Two-Spirit family have been here long before Chukson (Tucson) became a city. The Tohono O'odham & Pascua Yaqui people are survivors of ethnic cleansing, survivors of genocide, survivors of colonization, survivors of the forced erasure of their culture, their land, their bodies, and their abundance. The practice of acknowledging this land and this part of history is an acknowledgment of their unwavering strength as a community and intimate connection to this desert. All of Chukson inhabitants, including all of us here, are here at the expense of their trauma. The Tohono O'odham & Pascua Yaqui people are still here as a living and breathing testament of their ability to survive, by any means necessary. We want to express gratitude to the original inhabitants of this land, for their stewardship, defense of the land, and continuing struggle against colonization.
